The staff were so helpful. My room was fantastic and so comfortable. There are 3 restaurants within the domain and the one I went to the hotel book for me, and it is a 3-minute walk from the hotel I was staying in. All the staff in the restaurant were so accomadating and the atmosphere was just so relaxing after a long drive. Buffet breakfast at the Ibis in the morning was fonomable, spoiled for choice. Secure parking, which is a must for anyone traveling. It was a 15-minute walk into the center of Aix les Bains, which is a positively a bubbly town. I will be back. 😀😀😀😀👏👏👏👏

We only stayed one night as a stop over on our way south and hotel was easy to find and only seemed a short walk into the main town. Hotel, rooms and grounds very well kept and clean. We arrived on a Sunday so restaurant in adjacent hotel was closed but there is an excellent food truck in the garden area which served a basic but good menu as well as drinks, all set in the lovely garden. Good breakfast selection in the morning. Nice staff also. Free coffee and tea available in reception area for guests.

Great location at the interior of a park. You can really enjoy the nature. Most important, the team working at the hotel are incredible. They were really kind and ready to support me and my wife every time we required support, especially regarding taxi services and reservations at restaurants. This is for far the most important reason for coming back again.

Room was good size, bright and clean. Breakfast was buffet cantine style with a very good selection to satisfy all tastes. Staff was professional and helpful. Location is quite out of town & away from ports and lake. Onsite restaurants are closed Sunday/Monday so we had to drive for 10-15 minutes for our meals in the evening.

I felt very comfortable here and would definitely go again. It was a convenient walk into the centre for dinner and I loved the surrounding area with the park and the open spaces.
